1. Overview

3DMadMax (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates as a 3D design, modeling, and fabrication studio based in Ashburn, Virginia. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone interacting with our website or services.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services legally and responsibly. No shady projects, no copyrighted material you don’t have rights to, and no designs that violate safety, weapon, or regulatory laws.

We reserve the right to refuse any project that crosses a line or raises red flags.

3. Intellectual Property

Our Stuff

All website content, branding, graphics, and design systems belong to 3DMadMax. Don’t copy, resell, or reproduce them without written permission.

Your Stuff

You keep the rights to your original designs. By submitting files or project materials, you grant us permission to use them solely for producing, modifying, or delivering your project.

We don’t claim ownership of your IP.

4. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due upfront unless a written agreement says otherwise.

We accept major credit cards and digital payments through our designated billing platform. Late or missing payments will halt production until resolved.

5. Production & Turnaround

Turnaround times depend on project complexity, materials, and current workload. We give realistic timelines and stick to them, but delays caused by third-party vendors, supply issues, or client revisions are outside our control.

6. Revisions

Each project includes one standard revision round, unless your contract specifies more. Anything beyond that may incur additional fees.

7. Refunds

Custom 3D modeling and printing are service-based and made-to-order, which means all sales are final.
Refunds are only issued if:

  • We fail to deliver the agreed-upon work, or
  • A proven manufacturing defect originates from our side.

Client errors in submitted files, measurements, or requests are not refundable.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We’re not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers. Once an item leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the shipping provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Local pickup in Ashburn is available by appointment.

9. Limitation of Liability

3DMadMax is not liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Misuse of final products
  • Damages resulting from improper installation, handling, or modifications

Our liability, if any, is capped at the total amount paid for the specific project.

10. Privacy

We don’t sell your information. We only collect what’s needed to deliver your project and operate the website. For full details, check our separate Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version replaces the old one immediately. Continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
